    Ms. Shyu most recently served in the Obama administration as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (2010 – 2012), and as the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (2012 - 2016). As Chairman of the Board for Roboteam, Ms. Shyu will lead and shape a strategic plan for growing the unmanned ground vehicle business (UGV) while maintaining the company’s agility and focus on customers, she will mentor the management team, and continue to build the company’s outstanding reputation for responsiveness. Ms. Shyu brings with her a vast knowledge of engineering and defense technology to the table at Roboteam. She spent a large sum of her engineering career at Hughes, then Raytheon; where she served in several senior executive positions. The most notable being: VP, Unmanned and Reconnaissance Systems, VP & Technical Director, Space and Airborne Systems, Corporate VP, Technology and Research and VP, Technology Strategy for Space and Airborne Systems.

    Ms. Shyu spent a large sum of her engineering career at Hughes then Raytheon, where she served in several senior executive positions. The most notable being: VP, Unmanned and Reconnaissance Systems, VP & Technical Director, Space and Airborne Systems, Corporate VP, Technology and Research and VP, Technology Strategy for Space and Airborne Systems.     LTG (R) Cleveland has enjoyed a long and prominent career in the U.S. Army. His most recent, and last position being with the Army Special Ops command. As the three-star Commanding General, U.S. Army Special Operations Command from 2012-2015, he led the overhaul of U.S. Army Special Operations, which improved the effectiveness and training levels of existing units, built need capability, and improved relationships within the Army, across other government agencies, in Congress, and among international Special Operations Forces partners. He retired August 1, 2015. Presently, LTG (R) Cleveland will join Roboteam as a Board Member to help guide our strategy as we move forward. LTG (R) Cleveland is a 1978 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point.   • Lt. Gen. Kenneth J. Glueck 2017

    LTG Glueck recently retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after a remarkably successful 41-year career. In his last position, LTG (R) Glueck led the Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) as Deputy Commandant for Combat Development and Integration. In this position, LTG (R) Glueck oversaw the analysts and visionaries who develop both broad concepts and specific requirements for future Marine Corps operations and equipment. As commander of the MCCDC, Glueck led the development of the Marine Corps’ concept for fighting in the post-Afghan and Iraq wars world – Expeditionary Force 21. LTG (R) Glueck has accepted a position on Roboteam’s Board of Directors and will help guide the success of many future endeavors. LTG (R) Glueck began his career as a naval aviator with Marine Attack Helicopter Squadron 169 at Camp Pendleton, California. Career highlights include serving with Marine Helicopter Squadron 1 as a presidential command pilot, serving briefly as the executive officer of Marine Helicopter Squadron 365 in Operation Desert Shield and the Balkans, chief of staff of U.S. Southern Command in 2005, chief of staff of Multi-national Force Iraq in 2008, and command of III Marine Expeditionary Force and U.S. Marine Forces Japan in Okinawa. ...Read more

    David Ogg is a retired (2010) US Army brigadier general with a proven record as a business leader. During his military career, Ogg managed multi-billion dollar weapon systems programs. He transitioned from military service to become the President & CEO of Applied Geo Technologies and then Business Development Manager for Northrop Grumman’s Land Application and Advance Programs. Today he is an executive-level independent defense consultant based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

    Shahar joined the team in 2012 as Vice President for Sales & Marketing. He brings extensive Sales and Marketing Management experience in the Israeli and US defense markets. As Business Development Manager at Armaz Group, Shahar was responsible for building and executing complex technology and service solutions. Shahar holds a BA in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University and post degree diplomas in Accounting, Project Management and Negotiation.

    Al Rebara, a retired US Army EOD Technician, is a highly skilled business professional with extensive experience in consulting and business development. During his 23-year military career, Al managed Humanitarian Mine Action in Armenia, deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and performed peacetime EOD First Responder duties in the United States and across Europe. Al concluded his military career as the TRADOC Capabilities Manager, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (TCM-EOD) Sergeant Major for all Army EOD strategic, operational, tactical and organizational matters.     A former US Navy EOD officer, Andrew has worked in the defense industry for several years. As a Program Manager with Thermo Scientific, he was responsible for technology sales across the DOD. Currently, he manages US operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer requirements by keeping all the moving parts of each program in check. Andrew holds a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Georgetown University.

    Gregory Suchan serves as a senior adviser on Export Control for Roboteam. Mr. Suchan has a storied career in government, defense and diplomatic service. He was for 34 years a Foreign Service Officer at the US Department of State where he served in numerous countries. From 2000 to 2007, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Political Military Affairs, and the following two years he provided diplomatic support for US military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq to include daily interfacing with the Department of Defense. Mr. Suchan has also served the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and throughout his career gained unmatched expertise on the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). ...Read more

A thought leader in using technology to solve practical problems, Chris holds a PhD in mechanical engineering, as well as a PMP certification.

    Diana Banks

    VP for Corporate Affairs and Managing Counsel

    Diana C. Banks joined Roboteam in March 2017. She was previously a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, overseeing a $1 billion budget for force education and training issues. Her time in the Pentagon also included staff roles for several senior Defense officials, including the 25th Secretary of Defense, Ash Carter. Diana is an attorney who began her legal career in private law practice as an associate in King & Spalding LLP's headquarters office. Her practice there focused on providing analysis and counsel for regulatory and securities compliance, corporate governance, internal investigations, and commercial litigation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social psychology from Stanford University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. ...Read more

    Zack served as an Army EOD tech for four and a half years before medically retiring in 2014. He is a Roboteam veteran; currently approaching his fourth year with the company. Zack is responsible for Roboteam’s Field Support Representatives – all of which come from an EOD background in the U.S. Armed Forces. As the first point of contact for Roboteam’s end users, he ensures the successful execution of demos, trainings and product maintenance for customers all over the United States and across the globe.     Elad Levy is responsible for global operations. Prior to Roboteam, he spent 4 years managing a robotics engineering team. In both industry and the military, Elad acquired extensive project management experience which included establishing large production lines in the US. Elad served as an Officer and Company Commander in the Israeli Air Force Special Forces and holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where he specialized in Robotic Control.

    Mr. Rozzen served in the Israeli Defense Forces for 31 years. After retiring from military service, he served as an assistant to several Israeli Ministers of Defense. From 2001 until 2013 he served in several managerial positions, including Vice-President for Strategic Planning and IAI North America President & CEO.
